The TRZ Cardinal Care After School Program is a collaboration between the Randolph Central School District and The Relief Zone, Inc. The program was created in 2017 to provide working parents with after-school care for elementary-age children in grades UPK-6 in the Randolph community. The Relief Zone administers and operates this program Monday-Friday from 2:45-5:30 p.m., following the school calendar, at Gail N. Chapman Elementary School.
Parents and guardians, if you need after-school care for your child(ren), please visit The Relief Zone website. A link to the parent handbook is available for more detailed program information. If your child has previously participated in TRZ Cardinal Care programming and you would like them to attend for the 2024-25 school year, please complete the student information update form that was emailed to you in July and submit it to Kimberly Finch.
If your child has never attended TRZ Cardinal Care and you would like to register them for the program, click on the "Click to Register" button. This will take you to the childcare software program, “Procare,” that TRZ utilizes to manage programming. Complete the registration form; once received and processed by TRZ, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the Procare app for Apple or Android devices. The app will allow you to communicate with the staff and program director, receive and pay invoices, etc.
The TRZ Cardinal Care After School Program is currently looking to add to our staff. If you are 18 years or older and are interested in working with a great group of children and staff after school Monday through Friday from 2:30-5 p.m., following the RCS calendar, please contact Kimberly Finch.
The program is a School Age Child Care (SACC) Program that is licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services.
