On September 6, 2016, the Governor signed into law legislation requiring all public schools in the state to test their drinking water fixtures for lead. The Randolph Central School District recently completed this testing in both the Elementary and Middle/High School.  We sampled all drinking fountains, sinks and other water fixtures and are awaiting results.
 
Rest assured if any of our tests come back showing lead level in the drinking water greater than 15 parts per billion (ppb) we will immediately develop a corrective action plan and put it into action in order to protect our most precious asset, our children.
